HERE'S HOW PERSONAL COACHING WILL WORK-3 SIMPLE STEPS
Firstly, Thank you for placing your trust in me.:)
Here's how it will work:
Step 1: Wait until you get a Lifestyle Questionnaire. Fill it up in as much detail as possible. This will enable me to design a personalised Workout plan and a Diet plan specifically tailored to your needs, goals and abilities. You will also click your before pictures and email it to me.
Step 2: Within 48-72 hours you will get your customised diet plan and workout chart designed by me. It may take longer if I am super-busy. But don't worry this time is not included in your program.
Step 3: The fun beginsâș you start implementing the program. We communicate via weekly emails. Every week its YOUR responsibility to send me your progress report. Based on your progress, I make tweaks only if it's required.
