Over the course of seven days, participants will explore 51 targeted tips, strategies, and hacks aimed at stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS).
Each day centers on a specific area—breathing, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, environment, and night/morning rituals—to systematically reset and optimize the body’s stress response.
By the end of this week-long journey, participants will have a powerful toolkit to lower stress, improve mood, enhance mental clarity, and cultivate a deep sense of calm.
