I have been on FAB-D diet for many years and have had exceptional results. (Minus some aspects which I plan to include it in my lifestyle)

RULES OF FAB-D DIET
Rule No #1
If you don't follow the following rules you wont get results. It's Plain & Simple
Rule No #2: Macro Spilt:
Fat 50%. This is fixed. You need to have at least 50% of calories from healthy fat sources.
Imp Note: If you cannot keep an open mind about this, then you will fail on this diet.
Protein 25-40%. This will vary based on your body type, goals, dietary preference and whether you can include whey protein or not (especially if you are a vegetarian/vegan)
Carbohydrates 10-25%. Not only you will be required to limit your carbohydrate intake to no more than 25% of your total caloric intake. Plus you will need to avoid white-carbs that I have mentioned in this diet.
Rule No #3: Eat all You Can on Saturday. NO LIMIT:)
This is important not only metabolically but its important to feel guilty of eating so much cr#p that day that resets you to sustain good eating for the rest of the day.
Rule No #4: Eat almost the same foods everyday
